Standard Flat Fee Items


Certain services, which may be performed off-site, on-site, or a combination of both, are rendered on a flat fee basis.  Please note that the minimum fee for any service provided on-site is the equivalent of one-hour at the standard on-site rate (currently $80).  However, you will be charged the lesser fee (if applicable), should you bring your system to us.  Certain services will have to be performed off-site, due to the "dead" time involved.  (Dead time refers to when the computer is doing something that doesn't require active human interaction:  such as running full virus scans, transferring large amounts of data, defragmentation, and other such things.)

Diagnostics, beyond what is covered under the "New Client Free Evaluation". $25
Simple installation of basic hardware, plus associated drivers and software, that does not require any extensive configuration:  CD or DVD drive, CPU, hard drive, network card, RAM, video card, etc. $50
Data retrieval and restoration.  (Storage media not included: USB flash drive, external drive, DVD, etc.) $50
On-site tutorial. Two-hour session length at one-half the standard hourly rate. $80
Virus & Spyware cleaning. $80
System tune-up, cleaning, and optimization (contact us for list of major action items). $125
Home Network Setup: up to three systems + one printer + wireless.  Equipment and/or Ethernet cabling not included.  (PCO will procure necessary parts for you, if you want us to.) $100
System reload or new system build (contact us for list of major action items). $250

PC Onsite may consider setting a flat fee for a specific job or body of work, or agreeing to a labor "cap", if appropriate given the nature of the project involved.  This will be discussed on a case per case basis.
