Needed”, Per Call Service
Let’s
face it, sooner or later you are going to have issues that pop up
unexpectedly. PC Onsite provides
“as needed” service on a per call basis for standard hourly fees. We understand that when you have a
problem, you need it addressed in a timely manner. We also understand that a small office
usually cannot afford the lost productivity of having their computers shut
down during the workday for service.
You need someone you can call who will come out and take care of
you when you need them. We are
available during the day and, by appointment, most evenings and
Saturdays. We are also available for
general IT consulting, should you simply need advice or someone to research
options and solutions for your company.

Monthly Service Contracts
Our customized plans are designed with the needs of the
client in mind. These prepaid plans will
provide you with the service you need, at reduced rates, and in a more timely
fashion than on a per call basis.
Every business is different and has different needs. We will design a plan to suit your unique
situation.
These plans are designed for businesses with several
computers (5 or more), networked, usually with at least one server, often
with shared printer(s) & Internet connection. Such businesses will typically need
standardization and general system tune-ups, with some ongoing system updates
and maintenance. They will also
generally have one or two basic service calls every couple of months. With our Service Contracts, you get the
benefits of regular maintenance and an on-call IT professional, who is
familiar with your unique needs and configuration, without the expense of an
additional full-time employee.

Data Assurance & System Reliability

Many
businesses and home offices have all their critical data and applications on
a single computer, with no real data backup procedure in place.

Tape drives
were once the most cost effective solution available. However the tapes themselves deteriorate
with use and become prone to failure.
A tape backup is only as up to date and accurate as the last time
someone remembered to run one. In
addition the restore process is time consuming and assumes you have another
working computer, with a compatible tape drive, or have time to wait for the
primary computer to be repaired.

Remembering to plug in a USB flash drive
and do a back-up is cumbersome, and people forget sometimes.

a solution that will provide you with real-time, constant, effortless data
backup and system redundancy.

Our solution
will make sure that your system will continue to function, even in the event
of hard disk failure.

What we
provide is a hardware device (RAID), with two identical, relatively inexpensive
hard drives, working in tandem, which will insure that your critical data
will remain intact, and your system will continue to run, even if a hard
drive should fail. These can be installed in a computer, or as a
separate networked device (NAS).

In the event
of a drive failure, the extra drive will automatically take over, and you
will be notified by an alarm. You simply contact us and we will come
replace the damaged drive.

provide solutions for external and/or off-site data storage.
