Free Evaluation for New Clients

It's been said that nothing in life comes for free.  That is certainly true, to a great extent.  However, at PC Onsite, we feel that you shouldn't have to pay a fee, just to find out if we can help you.  We find that many potential clients really don't know what their systems are capable of, whether it be upgrading to maximum potential, optimizing for better performance, setting up data back-up, or simply teaching them how to get the most out of what they have.  Perhaps something has gone wrong and you just need it fixed.

 

We will come to your home or office, assess what you have, discuss your needs and expectations, do a bit of research about your systems, and prepare a report of our findings.  Then, you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you want us to help you.  The evaluation usually takes about a half-hour.

 

If your systems truly don't need anything done to them, we will tell you so.  If a system is too far gone or obsolete, as to not be cost effective to repair, we will tell you that, as well.  PC Onsite is a business, not a charity, but we will never mislead our clients, or try to get you to pay for things you don't actually need.  Trust is of absolute importance.  Our clients have to feel confident in knowing that we will provide the best service and advice we can, for a fair price, without attempting to "up sell" you.

 

Please note:  we occasionally get folks who try to sneak in some free service during the free evaluation; as in, "Um, well, since you're here, couldn't you just...", I'm sure you get the idea.   The initial evaluation is just that; a diagnosis and evaluation only; no service will be performed, unless you decide to hire us and agree to the fee involved.
