Monthly Service Contracts


Please note, these plans are for labor only, parts and/or software are not included.

The PC Onsite Monthly Service Contracts are a flat fee, pre-paid service plan.   They are custom designed with the needs of small businesses in mind.  Plans are also available for home and home office users.

  • Contracts are for one year and may be subject to adjustment upon renewal.

  • The monthly rate is designed for each individual client and determined by many factors, including, but not limited to, the following:  number and type of workstations and servers, type of network, frequency of routine maintenance, hours available for access to systems, use of remote control options, etc.

  • The minimum rate for a service contract is $500.00/month

  • There is a one-time administrative setup charge of $100.00.

  • As part of the service contract, you will also have a certain amount of time available for general service each month.  Accrued time may be used on any combination of service tasks, tutoring, or consultation.

  • Any unused hours will be “rolled over”, for the duration of the contract.  This is to provide a buffer, should a major problem occur.

  • The response time for a service call will usually be no later than the next business day, but is often the same day.

  • Should you exceed your pre-paid contract hours, there may be a per hour charge for any additional service provided.

  • Contract clients receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the hourly rates and a ten percent (10%) lower price on parts.

If you pay for the full year in advance, you will receive a 10% discount.

(Semi-annual payments receive a 5% discount.)
