General Advice and Consulting: Even if you are going to get your systems somewhere else, or you just need to know what your options are for any concerns you may have, we will gladly provide research and advice to make sure that our clients make the right decisions to meet their IT needs.
Networking: Whether you need basic Internet sharing for your home, or a secure, high-speed, combination of Ethernet and wireless for your office, we can provide solutions for you.
New Systems: We can provide anything from basic workstations, to specialized, custom designed systems. We will procure and/or build whatever you want, to meet your specific needs.
One-on-One Training: If you want to learn anything that we know, we will gladly tutor you.
Periodic Maintenance: Much like your car, computers also need a certain amount of periodic maintenance to keep them running their best. We can set up methods to automate most of this, or perform the maintenance via remote control.
Repairs: You like your computer, but something has gone wrong. Perhaps it is a specially designed and configured system, or it’s simply what you are used to and it is set up “just the way you like it”, or maybe a new computer just isn’t in your budget right now. We can diagnose and repair almost any hardware or operating system related problem, usually for considerably less cost than a new system.
System Reloads: The majority of the improperly functioning computers we see are typically the result of the operating system having been corrupted by various factors. Neglected or improper maintenance, virus and/or spy-ware activity, improperly installing and/or uninstalling software, incorrect hardware drivers, and other issues can all cause this to occur. We have developed and honed a process whereby we can reload your computer to run as well as, or better, than it did when it was new.
System “Tune-Ups”: You computer just doesn’t seem to be running as well as it did when you first got it, or maybe you feel that it can run better. Let us help you to realize the full potential of your existing system.
Upgrades: Your system is no longer “new”, but you are generally happy with it otherwise. Perhaps you are just trying to squeeze some more life out of your current systems, until your budget will allow for new ones. Let us build on what you already have, so as to increase performance, without having to buy a new system.
